Friendly and easy to talk to, these words perfectly describe Dr. Greaves. He brings together dentistry and education in the most charming and fun way for his patients. With over 20 years of experience, The Tooth Whisperer or The Gentle Giant, as he is affectionately referred to, comforts and educates his patient with his jolly chair-side manner.
Dr. Cherisse Renwick
Dr. Renwick or Aunty Cherisse as she is known to some of her children patients, has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. She is well versed in dealing with children of all ages, dental phoebes and…… well everyone really. She is warm in personality and ensures that everyone who sits in her chair feels comfortable and relaxed while being able to give you the dental care you need. Dental visits with Dr Renwick will be a breeze and feel more like a fun visit. She is absolutely awesome!
Dr. Carol-Jean Bushell
Dr. Bushell is a certified Paediatric Dentist having completed her specialty training in the UK. Dr. Bushell has not only the training but the knowledge and expertise to tailor treatment and her style to each child’s needs to create a positive dental experience for the little ones. She is extremely passionate about working with children and works diligently to ensure that they are comfortable in her chair. She has her own tricks, with the best one being singing sweetly to the little ones to help them settle down, or to calm them. Her voice can be heard anywhere throughout the office.
Though her specialty is working with children, Dr. Bushell has proven that she is well versed in General Dentistry. She thoroughly enjoys working with adults as well, she is truly a dental all-rounder!
I absolutely am afraid of getting my teeth cleaned due to previous experiences. I decided to try Oasis Dental Barbados because the outer appearance of the building and the logo captured my attention. Communication and follow up is a plus for me as it relates to customer service and for that I give the team 5 stars. The icing on the cake was Dr Kim/Hygienist – she was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I had no pain or discomfort during the cleaning and now I am eager to get a routine clean with her. Clean environs, great architecture, adequate parking and comfortable seating. Highly recommend!
Carla Downes RDH
Carla Downes is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Prior to her current role, she spent 17 years as a Dental Receptionist in the dental field. Carla is passionate about her profession and the patients in her care. She finds fulfillment in educating patients on being the healthiest they can be. Outside of work, Carla enjoys leisure activities such as reading, listening to audiobooks, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Kim Jones-Dowling RDH
Meet Kim Jones-Dowling, a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with over 22 years of experience in the dental field. After serving as a Dental Assistant for more than two decades, Kim embarked on a journey to pursue higher education in Canada, ultimately achieving her goal of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Kim’s approach to dental hygiene extends beyond mere teeth cleaning; she is passionate about educating her patients on achieving optimal oral health. With a belief that oral health and overall well-being are interconnected, she prioritizes patient education as a key aspect of her practice.
Working with both adults and children, Kim finds particular joy in her interactions with young patients, drawing on her own experiences as a mother of two daughters. She strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all her patients, aiming to ensure that each visit is a positive and stress-free experience.
For Kim, the most rewarding aspect of her work is witnessing patients leave with smiles on their faces, celebrating their progress and accomplishments in their oral health journey. Through her compassionate care and dedication, Kim endeavors to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Drs Renwick, Greaves and team are exceedingly professional, calming, gentle, their equipment is state of the art and they are just so good at what they do!!! Not just for adults but for children… OMG… the BEST!!! I would recommend them any day… trust me… if you are afraid of “the dentist”… go to Oasis Dental.
